feat: 将 AI 问答入口图标替换为机器人头像，裁剪为圆形

- 新增 public/ai-icon.png（AI 机器人头像）
- 右下角 AI-FAB 中的 SVG 图标替换为 <img> 引用 /ai-icon.png
- globals.css 将 AI-FAB 背景设为透明，图片以 54×54 圆形展示
