style: 站点图标改为白底深灰线条风格

- favicon.svg：背景 #ffffff，外框 #a1a1aa，`>` 提示符与光标改为深灰 #3f3f46
- 登录页内联 SVG logo 同步为同一配色，保持品牌统一
- 保留浅灰外框：浏览器标签背景偏浅，避免纯白方块融入背景看不出轮廓
